Invoices are provided at the end of each month
and must be paid in full within 15 days unless otherwise arranged.

that the learner will be provided the services they were promised
and commit to investing in their growth as outlined above.

PRE-BOOKING
I provide pre-booking for Literacy & Life Skills Sessions.
​
These are broken into 6 week, 3 month or 5 month (half school-year) blocks.
​
Sessions are booked the same day(s) of the week for the duration of the block.
COMMUNICATION
If it is helpful for you, you can sign up for email and/or text reminders.
​
At the end of each session, you will be provided a session debrief with notes on how the session went and any next steps required.
​
Progress updates will be given throughout the year.
CONNECTION
Each time the learner shows up, the deeper the instructor-learner relationship develops.
I commit to being flexible in expectations and adapting how the session unfolds in order to create a safe and engaging space for the learner to flourish.
How do I support you in building consistent attendance?
Consistently showing up is the best way for a learner to develop their skills,
even if we need to adapt what the session looks like.

MAKE-UP CREDIT
>48 hours notice
Session may be converted into a make-up credit. Times of make-up credits based upon availability.
HOMEWORK PACKAGE
>24 hours notice

Session may be converted into homework format, accessible through the portal.
